Pierce County Republicans Endorse Matt Larkin for Congress

(REDMOND, WA) – The Pierce County Republican Party chose to endorse a candidate in advance of the upcoming primary election, following a unanimous vote by the Pierce County Republican Central Committee. Dave McMullen, the Chairman of the Pierce County Republican Party, issued the following statement:
“Thanks to his business experience, public service, and dedication to our communities, the Pierce County Republican Party unanimously endorses Matt Larkin as our best bet to defeat Kim Schrier and restore conservative leadership to the 8th Congressional District.”
The Larkin campaign has expressed gratitude for the endorsement, with Matt Larkin saying “I am excited and honored to be endorsed by the Pierce County Republican Party. I’m thankful for their support, and with them behind me, I will win back the 8th District and will continue to fight for Washington families.”
Pierce County is Washington’s second largest county with a population of over 900,000 people. Larkin is a longtime Washington native who resides in the state with his wife and four young children. He received his law degree from Gonzaga Law School and went on to work in the George W.
